In 2002, Dawn made the move from New Jersey to Delaware with a vision of establishing a strong presence in the Kent & Sussex community. With a commitment to building lasting relationships and providing exceptional service, she took the opportunity to open the Kent & Sussex office and create a team dedicated to serving clients with integrity, professionalism, and genuine care. Over the years, Dawn’s passion for her community has continued to grow, and she is proud to work alongside a trustworthy, experienced, hardworking, and driven team. Outside of work, Dawn enjoys life with her three children and values the time they spend together, making memories and enjoying all that life has to offer.

Since joining The Gutter Guys in 2020 as an office assistant, Kim has grown with the company through dedication, hard work, and a strong commitment to customer service. Over the years she has taken on increasing responsibilities and now helps operate the business alongside Dawn.

With a passion for helping customers and ensuring every job is handled with care, Kim plays an important role in maintaining the quality and personal service The Gutter Guys is known for. Her journey from office assistant to manager to operator is a reflection of her commitment to the company and the customers they serve.
