THE GUTTER GUYS

I had my gutter guards installed in 2009. Recently they began to leak profusely. We called gutter guys and they came out and went up to look. Neil and Carlos started asking questions and it soon became apparent that the problem was that a new roof had been installed and the roofers left some of their garbage in the gutters. This is obviously a common problem. The roofers usually nail the shingles to the gutter guard. Fortunately these roofers did not nail the gutter guard down. Neil and Carlos were unbelievably nice and cleaned the gutter, run water through it and cleaned up. This was 4 years after the installation and they fixed a problem they had not even caused. Use this company – they are good people.

First, I was disappointed that I did not get a call prior to the mechanics showing up.My wife and I came home to find half of our gutters off already and the crew working in the rain.
The gutter guard was completed yesterday so we haven’t seen how it works so I will be reporting in as soon we get our first rain fall.I hope not to be disappointed!

I had 3 estimates and was in the process of 1 more before I would make my decision of a new gutter and rain spout. Matt Kohl came on a Saturday and was very knowledgeable about the product. Just from his knowledge and character, I knew this was the company I would go with. He stated it may take 1-2 weeks for scheduling, however, they were out the following week. I was not home for the installation but was very pleased with the outcome. There was no mess for me. They are professional and would recommend them to family and friends. Do not hesitate to call them should you need this service.

These guys were great. I needed two new gutters and have all the down spouts reconnected to the pipes in the ground. I called another gutter service, but they said the job was too small. The gutter guys said it was no problem. They were out a week later( on time) and had the work done in about an hour. They made this process fast and easy. Two years ago at the Harrisburg home show we met Brian and had him give us a price. Work was done and we were VERY WELL pleased. The first time it rained we discovered an elbow leaking. There was very limited space to put two elbows between the downspout and our underground drain system. It was not their fault. We called Brian and they immediately came down and got it fixed. We are very happy with their work and have had no problems in the last two years.
